I’ve been working on lots of different projects recently so thought I’d do a little round up post of my crochet lately. Hopefully I’ll be writing a post for each make soon.
A chunky crochet blanket – I’ve run out of yarn, so it’s looking pretty on Missy’s bed for the moment, keeping her toes warm!
A Popcorn Stitch Crochet Heart – I’m writing up the pattern but haven’t been able to take any decent pictures for a tutorial yet. Maybe this weekend….
A stripey pram blanket – love the colours of this one, and the texture.
Colourful grannies, flowers and blocking mats – I’ve been making a little granny square cushion with some bright yarns I got free with a magazine at christmas. The flower square is my contribution to The Patchwork Heart’s Community Blanket. Search #thepatchworkheartcommunityblanketmake on Instagram for more details. And the blacking mats are a new thing for me. They’re amazing. I don’t know why I haven’t had them before!
Crochet Polka Dots – this is something I’ve had in my head for ages. I finally found the time to experiment this week.
And….there’s something really exciting – well I think it’s really exciting! – to share with you next week, so watch this space!
See ya!
I love the crochet polka dots. They look like giant dominoes!! 😁
Gosh! That’s a good idea! Crochet Dominoes – love it!
Love them all – but particularly the crochet polka dots!
Thanks Zoe, I like the dots too. Have been working on them again tonight.
Wow you have been really busy with your crochet hook! I love everything and can’t wait for the pattern for the popcorn stitch heart – that looks fab! x
Thanks Kate, I’ve been working on the heart today so will hopefully have it ready soon x
